Press tooling design – Primarily designing press tools for either conventional or specilaising in the Fluid form process. From an existing designed component we can design a complete suite of tooling to form your component to a high standard. We can also work with your design team to advise on specific features of a part at an early stage to avoid costly tooling for manufacture.
Router and machine tool fixtures – From vacuum fixtures for holding complex 5-axis components to bespoke designing of vacuum tables for multi-axis machine tools, we have the experience and can help with it all.
Assembly / Fabrication fixtures – Whether you are needing to hold cmponents for subsequent machining operations or need precision alignment for fabrication, we can assist and advise for all types of fixturing.
